Project Description

Introducing Puma! This lovely lady  is a spayed, 4 paw declawed, 12.5 year old SPOTTED BENGAL. She is an absolute delight to live with. She is great with her litter box, loves to have conversations, adores heated or knitted blankets and is an expert biscuit maker. She gets along great with everyone with the exception of dogs. She is very scared and anxious around k9 friends and would prefer her new home not to have any. She is currently being fostered with Pip whom is also listed. She does not have to be adopted with Pip but if you are looking for a quick pair of kitties these two get along famously. She recently had her vaccinations, and blood panel. Her blood work indicated early stages of kidney disease which is why she is being listed as special needs. She will need to eat prescription food and have regular vet care to monitor the progression of this disease. While there is no cure for kidney disease, many cats who develop it can live comfortably for extended periods of time with proper diet and care. Puma is currently in no discomfort from this condition and the vet said while there is never any guarantee, it is possible she could enjoy a good quality of life for another couple of years. Please consider welcoming this sweet lady into your home. She is an absolute delight and will definitely brighten your day!
