LIAM is a sweet BROWN TABBY PERSIAN that has been neutered and has beautiful Gold Eyes. He is around 8 years old and weighs just over 8 pounds. The vet is very happy with his weight gain as he was quite small when he came in.  He has been fully vetted, is up to date on shots, dewormed, microchipped, and is FeLV/FIV negative, and is ready to go to his forever home.

Liam came to the rescue from a hoarding situation.  He has had a dental done and had 4 teeth extracted.  He enjoys playing with wands, mice, balls, and springs.  He was extremely matted when he came in and had to be shaved.  His fur is still growing out.  He is fairly tolerant of brushing, but will need an owner who is dedicated to brushing him and making sure he has a good groomer.  His eyes also need to be cleaned out on a regular basis.

Liam can be shy and takes a little bit to warm up, but once he is comfortable, he will probably be a lap cat.  He loves to follow his foster mom around and be under or around her no matter what she is doing.  He leans into head scratches and pets.  He is always purring and making biscuits.  He does not seem to mind the kitties he came in with, the resident cats, or the resident boxer.  It is unknown if he was ever around children, but children (over age 10) should be fine.  Because of his previous situation, he would probably do better in a quieter home.
